A licensee may apply to the Commission
to have a condition on their licence removed or changed.
The licensee must complete the application form below
outlining the change in circumstances to warrant consideration
for the removal or change in the condition. The licensee
must also agree to pay any advertising costs incurred,
should the change need to be advertised to the general
public.
