All application fees must be received by the AGCO before
an application can be processed. If an application is withdrawn, or if
the AGCO refuses to issue the licence for any reason, the application
fee is non-refundable.
Licensing fees may be paid by cheque or money order,
payable to the Minister of Finance and cannot be post-dated. The AGCO
will also accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or AmEx (complete
and return the credit card
payment slip with your liquor application).
Please do not send cash in the mail. Goods and Services Tax does not
apply to
these fees. There will be a $35.00 (Cdn) process fee charged for cheques
that are returned by the bank as a result of non-sufficient funds.
