The Alcohol and Gaming Commission
of Ontario (AGCO) was established February 23, 1998
under the Alcohol and Gaming Regulation and Public
Protection Act, 1996. We are a quasi-judicial regulatory
agency that reports to the Minister of Consumer Services.
Our mandate is to regulate the sale,
service, and consumption of beverage alcohol to promote
moderation and responsible use, and to ensure that casino gaming, charitable gaming and lotteries are conducted in the public interest,
by people with integrity, and in a manner that is socially
and financially responsible.
We have created this comprehensive
site to provide you with easy access to important AGCO
resources, including:
 |
Access and ability to download
all current alcohol- and gaming-related forms |
 |
Laws and regulations |
 |
New information |
 |
Licensing and Registration |
 |
Hearings and Appeals |
 |
Up to date Decision Summaries |
We hope visitors to the site find
it a useful information resource regarding the regulation
of beverage alcohol and gaming.
