Lottery disputes can be resolved through arbitration at the AGCO or by proceeding in the Ontario courts.
The Rules of Procedure lists general, procedural and administrative matters that apply to arbitration of a lottery dispute. These Rules are effective January 1, 2012. Costs of the arbitration are the responsibility of the participants.
