The following Decision Summary lists are of liquor sales licensed establishments published in past editions of Licence Line that have been brought before the Board of the AGCO for disciplinary hearings, or where a Notice of Proposal was issued and licensees did not request a hearing. Sanctions for similar infractions may vary in length according to the specifics of each case.

As of July 1, 2011, the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT) will be hearing liquor and gaming related matters previously heard by the Board of the AGCO. For matters heard before LAT, please visit the LAT website at www.lat.gov.on.ca.
