"A gaming-related supplier is a person (individual, corporation, organization, association or partnership), other than the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), who,

manufactures, provides, installs, maintains or repairs gaming equipment or provides gaming services that,
could influence the outcome of a game of chance that is held in a casino, charity casino or slot machine facility, or

is integral to the conduct, management or operation of a game of chance described in sub clause (i);

provides, installs, maintains or repairs a surveillance system for a casino, charity casino, or slot machine facility;

manufactures, provides, installs, maintains, repairs or operates a gaming management system;

operates a casino, charity casino, or slot machine facility, or

is under contract with the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) or the operator of a gaming premises that is a casino, charity casino, or slot machine facility, provides training to individuals in gaming, dealing, equipment installation, maintenance or repairs or any other gaming-related aspect of the gaming premises, but is not a registered gaming key employee."

If you plan to provide an Ontario casino, charity casino or slot machine facility at a racetrack with equipment or services that are considered "sensitive" you will need to be registered under the Gaming Control Act, 1992 as a "gaming-related supplier" before you can do business with the gaming premises.

If you wish to operate out of your residence, prior written approval must be obtained from the Registrar. Your request for approval must be accompanied by a detailed floor plan of your residence indicating the location of the office and the storage of equipment and supplies.
