If you plan to provide an Ontario casino, charity casino or slot machine facility at a racetrack with equipment or services that are considered "sensitive" you will need to be registered under the Gaming Control Act, 1992 as a "gaming-related supplier" before you can do business with the gaming premises.
If you wish to operate out of your residence, prior written approval must be obtained from the Registrar. Your request for approval must be accompanied by a detailed floor plan of your residence indicating the location of the office and the storage of equipment and supplies.
